In-Stock Products: You may return any in-stock product purchased from us within three weeks from the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused and in their original packaging. We will issue a full refund, excluding shipping costs, once we receive and process your return.

Custom Products: If you would like to return a product that we built especially for you, please get in contact with us at info@douksnow.com before shipping anything back to us. Please note that we do not offer refunds on custom products, but we are committed to working with you to find a satisfactory solution to any issues you may encounter.

Course/Experience Day's: We offer refunds for course/experience day bookings if requested within 30 days of purchase and if the course/experience day is not scheduled to take place within the next 14 days. To initiate a refund, please contact us using the provided contact information on our website, and ensure you include your booking reference number.

Vouchers: Please note that vouchers are non-refundable once purchased. Once a voucher has been acquired, it cannot be exchanged, extended, or refunded.
